My Products

My biscuits do not contain nuts but are made in a kitchen that handle nuts. Please visit our ingredients section on each page to view a detailed list of what makes up my scrummy biscuits.

My biscuits have a best before of 4 weeks but are still yummy if enjoyed after this time.

As all my biscuits are lovingly handmade and there may be variations in colour and design. All images on my website are a guide and colours or designs may vary.

For bespoke favours or large orders, I cannot guarantee exact colour or design matches. For large orders, there may be some small colour variations between batches due to the restrictions of food colourings.

We have your permission to use any logo or artwork sent to us for printing and icing and these may appear on the website as examples, or on my Facebook page.

Ordering

Please note where possible orders placed before 12noon will be made the same working day and dispatched the following working day. Orders placed after 12noon will be made the following working day and dispatched the working day after that.

I am closed on Saturdays and Sundays so no items will be baked or posted on these days.

Postage

All orders made from the website will be dispatched within 3 working days unless otherwise stated, but we will always aim to dispatch sooner. All orders will be sent by Hermes or Royal Mail. If you choose signed for or Special Delivery, please ensure someone will be at the stated address to sign for your order.

Naked Wedding Cakes cannot accept responsibility for any delays in delivery by Hermes or Royal Mail, which includes industrial action and adverse weather conditions. Hermes or Royal Mail normally offers delivery within two to three working days for items to the UK.

When ordering favours or individual biscuits, please be aware that there is a possibility of breakages.

Naked Wedding Cakes cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit or any other circumstances beyond our control. If a refund from the Royal Mail or Hermes can be obtained, this will be passed onto the customer in full. We will not accept any responsibility or associated charges if a delivery address is incorrectly entered, resulting in the parcel being lost delayed or returned to us.

Please note we cannot guarantee any requested delivery date unless you choose special delivery at checkout.

If there is a problem with your order, we will email you within 3 working days. We do not dispatch weekends or bank holidays.

Please note we do not ship internationally.

Payment

All payments will be taken at the time of order, not dispatch. As my biscuits are food products refunds will not be offered. Bespoke orders require payment before I start baking.
